Offertory envelopes for 2015

Offertory envelopes for 2015 have been distributed.  If you did not receive one and would like a pack please see Brian.  Existing Gift Aid givers will have received a new Gift Aid form to complete.  Please do this as soon as possible and pass to either Brian or the church office.

A pack consists of one envelope for each Sunday in the year.  Putting something in every week is an easy reminder of our commitment to the church.  As many of you understand, our church expenses and obligations do not take a holiday when you do.  It is very helpful to be able to rely on your continued support even when you cannot personally attend a service here.

You can also Gift Aid your giving so that the church receives 25% more.  Alternatively why not think about making your contribution by bank standing order.  You could still have a set of envelopes if you feel embarrassed at passing the collection plate.

For further details or any questions see Brian.

Boys’ Brigade Annual Sponsor Day Challenge – Saturday 14th March 2015

This year we are raising money for Riding for the Disabled Association.  A reminder that our challenge is to visit as many sporting venues as we can in the day.

Look out for details on our noticeboard in the meeting area.  We are putting up 2 venues each month to show our planned route.  Obviously we would like to raise as much money as possible and you will find a sponsor form on the table in the vestibule area under our trophy cabinet if you would like to support us.

Donations can also be made via our JustGiving page.

The New Flower Rota 2015

The new Flower Rota is available on the notice board.  If you wish to donate flowers on a special date, for a birthday, anniversary or in remembrance of a loved one, please add your name to the donation column.

The flower arranger will contact you beforehand to see if there is anything specific you will require and will collect your donation.  Do not worry if there is no flower arranger down for your particular day at the moment because as the year goes on I do try and ensure that the date will be covered by someone.

If you have any queries please contact Mary Glasgow.
